POA Board Monthly Meeting

Tuesday, June 9th, 5 p.m.

The POA Board meets monthly in regular session at 5 pm. on the second Tuesday of the month. Residents are always welcome! Agendas are posted prior to the meeting on this website (Documents>Meeting Minutes & Agenda).

POA Annual Meeting & Picnic

Sunday, July 12th, 2 p.m. at Clubhouse

Save the date: All are welcome to attend the POA Annual Meeting, set for 2 p.m., Sunday, July 12 at the Clubhouse. To be followed by annual picnic at 5:30 p.m. The Board will furnish hamburger, hot dogs, soft drinks and water. Neighbors are asked to be side dish and other beverages of choice. Agenda will be mailed to property owners prior to the meeting.

What's New

Being a Good Neighbor

Reminders to our residents:

-- All residents are asked to keep leaves, branches and debris out of waterways, creeks and ditches. Please do not blow leaves or debris into waterway channels.

-- The speed limit on all Brannon Forest roads is 20 mph. Please keep our neighborhood safe! We have many walkers, pets on leash, and the sun glare can be very difficult.

-- Thank you for promptly returning your garbage and recycling containers from your driveway after pick-up on Mondays (garbage) and Tuesdays (recycling).
