Coffee & Chat

Friday, October 30th, 10 a.m. at Clubhouse

Join your neighbors for a casual "coffee and chat." It's a great way to catch up, and meet old -- and new -- neighbors. Enjoy the wonderful fall view from the Clubhouse deck and special keyboard music. Coffee, tea and light refreshments available.

POA Board Monthly Meeting & Budget Approval

Tuesday, November 10th, 5 p.m. at Clubhouse

Residents are welcome to attend the POA Board regular monthly meetings, scheduled for 5 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month. At the November regular meeting, residents will vote on the 2027 proposed budget (will be mailed to owners prior to the meeting).

New Years Eve Party, 6-9 p.m. A great way to celebrate 2026 and start the new year with our neighbors -- with plenty of time to get to your next party! Details to follow.

What's New

Being a Good Neighbor

Reminders to our residents:

-- All residents are asked to keep leaves, branches and debris out of waterways, creeks and ditches. Please do not blow leaves or debris into waterway channels.

-- The speed limit on all Brannon Forest roads is 20 mph. Please keep our neighborhood safe! We have many walkers, pets on leash, and the sun glare can be very difficult.

-- Thank you for promptly returning your garbage and recycling containers from your driveway after pick-up on Mondays (garbage) and Tuesdays (recycling).
